Bellevue, WA - March 5, 2007 - Obagi Medical Products, Inc., the leader in skin health, announced the launch of a new acne therapy – CLENZIderm M.D. Acne Therapeutic System, as well as a new, intensive eye treatment – ELASTIderm Eye Cream, to be offered by Anderson Cosmetic Surgery.

The CLENZIderm M.D. Acne Therapeutic System uses a combination of salicylic acid and a new, prescription strength gel form of liquefied Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO) that allows for more rapid and deeper penetration into the follicle tso control acne quickly. Most BPO's are formulated with insoluble micro-crystals, which remain largely on the surface of the skin, limiting their ability to penetrate beyond outer skin layers. Obagi's patented Soluzyl Technology liquefies the BPO resulting in greater follicular penetration within the skin.
Obagi also announced the introduction of ELASTIder Eye Cream, an eye-therapy product clinically proven to help the natural abilities of skin to produce insoluble elastin, decrease the number of wrinkles and increase functional elasticity of the skin.
